Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Nature Baby Outfitter! We’re excited to send you our wonderful products and want to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery experience. All orders are shipped from our storefront in Kalispell, MT, with care and attention.

We proudly serve customers across all 50 states, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and many international destinations.

While we strive to process orders promptly, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Special Shipping Requirements:
For orders with unique shipping needs, such as next-day or 2-day shipping, or based on factors like size or destination, we’ll reach out to you personally with tailored shipping options if they fall outside the quoted shipping fee at checkout. If the updated shipping options are not agreed upon by both parties, the order will be fully canceled and refunded.

Please double-check your shipping details to ensure accurate delivery. We send packages to the address provided and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Standard US Shipping:
We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping, choosing the most cost-effective method. If you have specific delivery preferences, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Typically, standard shipping takes around 5-7 business days*. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Expedited Shipping:
Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Simply give us a call at 406-471-0465.

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

In-Store Pickup:
We’re pleased to offer in-store and curbside pickup for our local customers! Simply select "IN-STORE" or "CURBSIDE PICKUP" at checkout to waive shipping charges. We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure your provided email is accurate.

Oversized Items:
For larger or heavier items like car seats, strollers, and furniture, additional shipping charges may apply. This information is typically found in the item’s description. We’ll contact you with a personalized shipping quote, which can be processed over the phone or through PayPal if necessary.

Furniture Shipping:
To accommodate your needs, we offer various convenient delivery options for furniture purchases, including local in-store pickup, local delivery, LTL freight carrier, and select pieces shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Due to their size and fragility, furniture items do not qualify for free shipping. Delivery fees are not calculated at checkout. We handle all delivery charges personally to ensure you receive the best rate and meet all your delivery needs.
